Selecting furniture and décor for your home can sometimes be a difficult process which is why we have made our design services as simple and easy as possible. You can explore some of our commonly asked questions on this page however, If you can’t find the answer to your question, please feel free to reach out to our team!

  • E-design is an interior decorating service that happens from the comfort of your own home.

    You will be free to implement the design at your own pace and purchase the items on your list of recommendations on your own time.

    Working closely with your designer via email, we will be there to support you through every step of the journey, even after the final presentation.

  • Your project will begin 1-2 weeks after you have finalised your purchase. During this time, we will begin to collaborate with you and gather all the necessary information in order to capture your vision accurately.

    Once this discover phase is complete, you can expect the final result to be delivered to you within 2-4 weeks depending on how many rooms are requested and how many revisions are required.

  • We recommend that you begin the process 2-3 months before your desired completion date as some furniture pieces are made to order and could take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to be delivered.

    We understand that not everyone has the time to wait for custom pieces, so if you would like only in-stock pieces to be included in your design, please let our design team know in the initial discovery phase.

  • You will communicate with the design team through email and provide any photos and videos through a shared drop box.
